Applying for a phone
- Phones are offered on a lease of 24 months, paid by debit order from your own bank account once a month. You must be employed and earn at least R5,500 a month, and you may not be under debt review.
- We check every application against your ID, proof of address, payslip and bank statements, and we may decline an application.
- When you apply, you sign the lease agreement and the debit order mandate online. Your contract with us is set out in those documents, and they apply if anything on this website differs from them.
- A once-off administration fee of R500 is debited from your account once your application is approved, before your phone is delivered. Nothing is paid on the website.
- Please make sure the information you give us is true and complete. We may cancel an application that contains false information.
Prices and phones
Prices are in rand and include VAT. Phones, prices and specifications on the website may change, and a phone may become unavailable. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed contract.
