These terms apply to mobilenamix.co.za, run by MAD Mobile (Pty) Ltd, trading as MobileNamix (registration number 2020/843328/07). By using the website or applying for a phone you agree to them. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Applying for a phone
- Phones are offered on a lease of 24 months, paid by debit order from your own bank account, monthly or every two weeks to match your pay. You must be employed and earn at least R5,500 a month, and you may not be under debt review.
- We check every application against your ID, proof of address and bank statements, and we may decline an application.
- When you apply, you sign the lease agreement and the debit order mandate online. Your contract with us is set out in those documents, and they apply if anything on this website differs from them.
- A once-off administration fee of R500 is debited from your account once your application is approved, before your phone is handed over. Nothing is paid on the website.
- Please make sure the information you give us is true and complete. We may cancel an application that contains false information.
Prices and phones
Prices are in rand and include VAT. Phones, prices and specifications on the website may change, and a phone may become unavailable. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed contract.
Using the website
You may use the website to find out about our phones and to apply. Do not misuse it, for example by sending false applications or trying to access other people’s information. Photos are for illustration, and the website content belongs to MAD Mobile (Pty) Ltd.
Liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
