    Choose the smartphone that suits your needs. Every phone includes a SIM card and 500MB of free monthly data.

  2. Apply online

    Fill in your details, upload your documents and sign your contract and debit order mandate on your phone.

  3. We check and call you

    We check your documents and bank details, then call you to confirm.

  4. Get connected

    Once your R500 administration fee is successfully debited and your debit order confirmed, your phone will be delivered within 5 working days, ready to use.

  • Proof of address from the last 3 months, such as a municipal bill or an account statement
  • Your most recent payslip
  • Your last 3 months of bank statements, showing your income
  • The bank details for the account the debit order will come from

Your rental is collected by debit order once a month, on the day you choose. The R500 admin fee is debited upfront once you are approved, before your phone is handed over. This confirms that your debit order works.

Common questions

Can I apply if I'm blacklisted?

Yes. Being blacklisted doesn't stop you from applying. We check your ID, address, bank details and income.

How do I pay?

By monthly debit order from your bank account, on the day you choose. The amount stays the same for the full 24 months.

What does it cost to start?

A once-off R500 administration fee applies. This amount is debited only after your application has been approved and is used to confirm that your debit order is working. Once payment is successful, your phone will be delivered within 5 working days.

What documents do I need?

Your ID, proof of address, your latest payslip and your last 3 months of bank statements. A clear photo taken with your phone is fine.

How long does approval take?

We check your documents and call you, usually within 2 working days.

Who owns the phone?

MobileNamix owns the phone during your 24-month lease. Once all payments are complete, you can take full ownership for a final payment of just R1.

How do I see where my application is?

Open Track my application and enter your reference number and cell number.
